About the Role

This is a leadership position with real impact!

We are an organisation run by disabled students and graduates across the UK, providing support, advice, and resources for disabled young people. We’re looking for a lead (or two co-leads!) who can steer decision-making, ensure smooth coordination across projects, people, and processes, and support a team of >20 behind-the-scenes volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide final sign-off on major decisions and advise team leads
• Chair the coordination team, supporting team members working on governance and strategy, project management, recruitment, development, and data protection
• Be an example of encouragement, kindness, and approachability; support onboarding and training of new team members
• Support the wider organisation on an ad-hoc basis
